The clinical onboarding process is conducted directly by the hiring facility or hospital. They will provide the necessary training, orientation, and support specific to their organization's policies, procedures, and patient care protocols.

We work closely with the facility to ensure a seamless integration of our nurses into their healthcare team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Direct Hire Approach

It's important to note that GlobalCare Services offers a Direct Hire approach, which means that the hospital or nursing facility becomes the employer of the nurse.

We facilitate the necessary paperwork and processes for the applicant to travel to the United States and serve as a bridge between the applicant and the facility.

Our role is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the entire process.

Ongoing Support and Communication

GlobalCare Services remains actively involved during the onboarding and orientation phase, maintaining open lines of communication with both the nurse and the facility.

We act as a liaison, facilitating any necessary paperwork or communication between the nurse and the facility, ensuring a seamless transition and addressing any concerns or questions that may arise.

Continuous Professional Development

We recognize the importance of ongoing professional development for nurses to enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare.

While the facility takes the lead in providing specific clinical onboarding, we encourage our nurses to participate in continuing education opportunities, conferences, and workshops to further expand their knowledge and expertise.
