Our story began in 2001 when Georgina Avancena, a Filipino immigrant with an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, founded our agency. Back then, we were known as "AGA Global Resources." We rose to the challenge of addressing the growing shortage of nurses in the United States, and as a small start-up, we didn't just adapt to the healthcare landscape; we redefined it.

Through our challenger mentality and a deep understanding of the nursing culture in the Philippines, we expanded our client list and successfully deployed over 200 nurses for direct-hire positions in multiple facilities. We've come a long way since those early days, and today, as "GlobalCare Services," we continue to grow and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare community.
